Common questions

What does it cost to host a machine?

Nothing. On the free loan option there is no purchase price, no rental and no service charge. We cover delivery, installation, stock and maintenance.

How much space do I need?

A wall-mounted machine needs roughly 38cm of width and 120cm of height. A floor-standing machine takes about 41cm by 49cm of floor space. We will check the spot on the site visit.

Does it need mains power?

The wall machine runs on its own rechargeable battery, so no mains connection is needed. The larger machines run from a 12v supply and are very energy efficient.

Who refills it?

We do. We monitor stock levels and come out to refill, collect the cash and check the machine over. There is nothing for your team to do.

What happens if it breaks?

Call us and we will come and fix it. On loan machines, repairs and parts are ours to cover.
